How to 'Spawn' with a german uniform?

The title says it all...

I know there is a Undercover tutorial, but that makes you 'Pickup' the uniform, I want to spwn in it, so you get Undercover ass oon you Spawn.

Just set the player's model and disguise property right on spawn.
