Patch of default texture (yellow grid) showing up in game

But it's nowhere to be seen in radiant. I tried to select the area where it was, and I selected something that was invisible and deleted it. However it's still there in game and now clicking the area in radiant no longer selects anything. It's just a vertical rectangle floating in my map....how can I track this down and get rid of it?
