detect all incoming data

Hi guys, someone here knows how to detect all incoming data in a gameserver? I thought about make a packet sniffer that check 12203 port incoming data and give me all the informations I need about the server running on my machine..my real goal is to detect all chat messages in my server..I 've try with some of the free packet sniffer that I've found..but can't get good results...however using programs downloaded is not helping me alot becouse I have to finish a old program I started some time ago and the chat control is a part of it lol! any suggest?

well actually I was looking at some source codes of q3 and I think I've found a possible way..but I should try to understand these codes a little better before I think..however if someone have some advices it would be great!

Like I wrote in the other topic - get a gamex86 wrapper and hook the ClientCommand function. Watch out for "dmmessage" commands.

No I can't. I'm a busy guy, and if you have the brains it takes to make such a mod, you surely do have the brains to find the resources you need. Start off with a google search.
