i have some proplem

hi all , how are you ???? fine .
i have some proplem , some in mohradient
They are : 1) when i select brush or curv it doesn't work
2) proplem in ladder it doesn't work yet , i don't know why .
3) proplem in convert map it is :
proplem at convert map from .map to .bsp
i have made a map and i converted it to bsp and the orginal .map file have removed so i converted this map from .bsp to
