MilkShape calls them joints. Under Model tools use select and at the bottom press the joint button. Then select the joint and delete it as you would anything else.

okay that worked great...
but I lost most of my textures when I exported it and loaded it into MohRadiant. Most of my tank transporter is blue and black caulk. I was using the opel truck textures for the transporter, ie for color of truck, windshield, tires, etc...
And now I got something in a group I did not want, and I can not get it out of the group. It is in the wrong place! (The steering wheel)...
Maybe trying to make fisrt custom to perfect.
I used the opeltruck skd for my model and edited it to get rid of headlights and back of truck. So now I need to break up a group to get rid of steering wheel. Is it possible to break up a group?
Also the textures for the opel truck must not be loading properly into Milkshape.
I then used a cad program I know how to use, Autocad, to make the trailer. to hard though to remake Opel truck exact like in game.
Sorry to be a bother, just wanted something different in map.
