LOD Sizes...

How can i change the size of my LOD Terrain sections? I can only make them 1024x1024, and i have some areas that need smaller and different sizes.

Im sorry, they are not all 1024x1024, however they all seem to have some tpye of preset size...my original questions stands.

you can change the size of each triangle by clicking the lod terrain tab and looking at the bottom. you have the choice of 4 different scales. 100 percent, 25 percent etc.

Thanks, but what I need to know is how to change the size of the patches themselves.

You can't change the size of LOD patches. However, you can make certain parts invisible using surface flags. Press shift + f, select unnecessary triangles and mark them as 'delete'.

When you select them as delete, they don't show up as "not there" in radiant....will they dissapear when you play?

Yes. You can make them dissapear in Radiant as well by selecting 'color surface flags' in the terrain menu.
