tree climbing

i was wondering, lets say i put a tree in the map and i put a ladder clip around it, do you think that would allow me to climb the tree? if so that would be totally sweeeeet.
Im not short, just vertically challenged

Yeah, if you set the angles correct and everything. A guy did it a while back in a DM map.
