Curved Sidewalk

Well, I'm trying to get my sidewalk curved, so the texture matche sup. But when I try to rotate the texture, it goes to a solid color. WTF?!
what do you mean with rotate?
it should follow the sidewalk around the curve automatically or do you want to turn it by 90??
