picture problems

i need to put a screenshot in one of these posts and i dont know how so if anyone knows please tell me. thanks!!
upload the image to a host, make sure it is in jpg or gif format
then use the [img] [/img] tag around the link for the pic
so it would look like this
[img]http://www.YourHostHere.com/YourImage.jpg/gif[/img]
