need help with emiter...

ok instead of having an explosion, I'm using a fire emiter. I want the emiter to do damage to anyone who walks into it / hit by it

due to the nature of the mod it needs to be controled by the .tik, adding a script to the map won't work....

I don't think tempmodels (spawned by the emitter) can do damage, as they are client-side. Any damage commands should be set server-side.
