Interactive objects?

I was looking around under the right click menu and found a list called interactive objects. Does anyone know what they do any how to use them?

PS: What on earth does the coffee pot do?

well, a coffee pot is designed to hold coffee and keep it warm until said coffee is ready to be poured :D :D :D
