A New Version of Eder Dam is OTW!

I have been convinced to fix up Eder Dam by changing around the hallways and basically making it play better. Right now what I've done is I've taken away the middle staircase to the main room in the dam and added vents instead. I've also changed the hallway closest to the allied start by, instead of having a staircase leading to the elevator, I made a hallway to the right of it to make it take longer for the axis to reach the outside. I also made the metal doors sound like metal (a big complaint hehe) as well as change the axis spawn points around a lot so they dont have to start in those boring/ugly basement staircases every time!

Anyone got any other suggestions?

Don't know if I posted this before, but I'll do it again...

I noticed that just about ALL of the 'fence' type textures like metal grates and cylinders were duplicated... you get a serious Z-fighting shimmer effect. I saw that A LOT in the first release. That's the only major stuff I saw in running around for a few minutes. Could be an interesting TOW concept too, if you're up to that challenge.

I'm not really sure about what you mean with the shimmer effect and fence stuff/!?!

The elevator did not work right while it was tested on the |RR| server.
It would not go up or down unless someone was on elevator then someone press button on wall. One person could not press button and then run onto elevator, it would already take off.

For realism I would lose the U-boat. Not to many U-boats at the bottom of a dam on a river. Perhaps a small boat instead.

the u-boat really is just for eye-candy, I really like it there actually so I don't feel like changing it, sorry :(

The elevators however have been fixed, I extended the trigger button so you can now activate the elevator while standing in the middle of it.
