when i compile my map to test it, it says, could not read bla\bla\bla
tower.prt (tower is map name) it has never done this before. It was fine and now when I save and compile my map its like I didnt save it and it is just how it was before I saved it (in game). but when I go back to radiant it DID save and the map comes back up like I saved it. So the problem is with the compiling. I tried to start all over just to see is it would work and NOPE this time it didnt compile at all and the game opened but didnt go into the map. Is radiant not saving some map files that mbuilder needs? someone please help me with the problem...i hate that i cant work on my map and play on it!!! :x

Do you happen to have a leak in your map?

********
LEAKED!
********

??

Or any other errors during bsp compile?

I agree with jv it's probably a leak issue. Check the command lines when MBuilder starts up and begins compiling look for WARNING yadda yadda leaked. Check those entities and make sure they are not cutting into brushes anywhere.

You have PK3 contamination from 10,000 files you have in custom PK3s.

Looks like you have closer to 1,008 files in custom pk3s if you have spearhead 2.11. There is a missing a curly brace '}' in 8thindian4.shader.

or the { is missing, in Line 1, look in it again, we had the same prob in some shaders of more than 1500 new textures.....

If you have just the basic pk3 files, you have 18000 files; he has 28000. He has a lot of custom PK3 files. NEVER, NEVER map with custom PK3 files in MOH/main. You will pick up all sorts of stray crap.

so how do i fix it

Remove all custom pk3 files. Create a folder somewhere outside of MOH to keep them in. Put them back, as needed, when you want to play the game.
