Switch door
make a normal door
then hit n chose Not_Player and Targeted
give it key/value targetname door1
set angle

unselect

then right click (where you want trigger) and pick Tigger_Use
hit n
give it key/value target door1

unselect

The function doors have builtin triggers, so I guess you want to know how to add a working switch.

$door1:

$door1_trigger waittill trigger
$door1_switch anim turn
$door1_switch anim waittill animdone
wait 2
$door1_switch anim on
$door1_switch anim waittill animdone
end

Basically, the rotating elevator switch has three animations; off, on, and turn, but off and on do the same thing. In your map you will have to make the door a target of the trigger and turn off its builtin trigger (read the gray box when you hit key N). Also put "setthread" with a value of "door1" in the trigger enitity properties to call for the above thread.

Good luck.

Moal's way will work fine if you just want a fake button under the trigger.
