Question on selecting brushes in mohradiant

Using mohradiant to create prefabs. I saved as prefab, but file is ok size. So, I figure I have to select the entire building (all brushes, entitys, etc...). How do I select the whole thing?

Create a brush around your prefab. Go to selection and select -"Select inside"
