Spearhead - SP map question!!!

Hey, this might be a dumb question, but, hey, hopefully someone will know the answer. When playing Spearhead in the SP mode, early in the game you come across this tank you have to destroy using the gun in the field. One of my guys gets killed by the tank as it's breaking throught the wall then it drives down the road away from me and your told you have to destroy it with the gun in the field. I shoot at it as many times as I can but it always kills my officer dude and the mission fails. Anyone got a solution to this? I've had Spearhead since the day it came out and am just getting around to using it playing the SP campaigns ('cuz it isn't as good as I'd hoped). Just wanted to try it out and see what was in the game. Thanks!

hmmm...I just shot it repeatedly until it blew up - The one thing I did notice about fixed 88 positions is that they arn't 100% accurate

put everything that is in your 'mainta' folder that you have downloaded (ie it didn't come with the game instalation) into a temporary folder, and then it will put the collision box back on the tank and it will work!

You mean having custom maps in the main folder will mess up SP play in the game? Didn't know that. Thanks, I'll try that today!

Hopefully we learn something from our mistakes instead of banging our head every time we hit the wall. OUCH! That hurt!

Cool, it worked, but now Spearhead is crashing on me once I pick up the bombs to destroy the bridge. Sheesh! I'll have to re-install spearhead I think to get rid of whaterver is making it crash. Anyway, thanks for the tips. It Worked!
