Is there anyway to spawn a Player WITHOUT weapons?

I dont want ALL the players to be without weapons.
Just some of the Spawn points. Say there is 5 or 6 spawn points in a Sleeping area of a bunker.
They spawn by the beds and then have to run and get the weapons from a rack? Before heading out to attack the Allies

Can that be done EASILY?

Probably........but maybe not, but the real problem will be the guys spawning, running to the rack and taking EVERY weapon of their type they can until their ammo load is 300, or whatever the server allows. If you have 4 Thompsons and 4 Bars there, I could run up and click 'use' on all four of the Bars and no one else could get one......in theory.
