How do you do quotes with 'XY wrote'? Don't let me die dumb, please!

You can either hit the "quote" button of the post you want to quote from and delete all the unwanted stuff or you can copy/paste the quote as normal, select quote, then add ="Surgeon" inside the first [ quote ]
