lighting help.

Im looking for some ambient light and outside light keys.

Im looking for an early morning feel to the level with the insides of the houses lit by ambient light only ,i only want a few street lights in the streets to the only light sources in the level.
So anyone seen a suncolor which is a early morning (4am ) feel to it.
And i will match it in the houses with ambient light.
I am currnetly doing trial and error.
Just hoping to save a few hours if someone knew some :)

depense on what you want
full moon or not
sky texture africanight and a setting of about 30 30 30
will give you a full moon with shadows
but 15 15 15 will make the ground dark and sky light
if you want darker
then use a black text texture (jpg not Tga) for the sides of the sky box or put a brush infront of them with say jh_cottonwood1 on it
it's a thich leaf texture with holes in it and you can do same for top of sky
box

Add some fog in your script, it adds a little bit of a morning feel:

$world farplane 5000
$world farplane_color ( 0.10 0.05 0.05)


This adds a little red hue.... I used it in my Underground Complex.

If you like this lighting set up I can tell you what the sky text and world spawn keys were.....very simple

ARGGGGGGG now both post show the piccs darn it everything to do with MOH is getting very annoying LOL
