Use a func_door with angle -1 I think. If it slides down, use angle -2.

up/down is -1
you can also set a 'speed' for the door too that makes it more realistic. I've got a door about 200 units tall and a speed of 10 is pretty good, not too fast, not too slow. Getting sounds has proved an issue for me though.
