Loading Screen Distorted - Can you Fix??

Is it possible to fix the distortion on loading screens below is my original image

When the loading screen comes on this is distorted and deosnt look as good can you fix it?

create your image at a size of 600x450. Then resize to 512x512, after resizing it will look distorted. When mohaa places it in your loading screen it will stretch it back out so it looks normal again.
