Decompiling Maps

I know this is frowned upon, but is there a tool that will cdecompile a bsp file? I know WinBSP will decompile for a CS map, is there an equivalent.
I actually want to look how a MohAA maps was done as a basis for a CS map I'm trying to make. In theory will this work? I imagine textures and entities will die but the structure will survive right?

the structure will be there, but it will be screwed over-
get scorpio's mohaatools v1.6b-u can decompile with that and look at actual bsp file's hidden contents

Thanks for that. What about actually plonking the decompiled map into worldcraft - any chance?

Yes you can use scorpios tool, but you will have a lot of work to do with the map file after decompiling. The problem is that when you compile the map it doesn't really pay any attention to brushes only brush faces. When it recreates the map it will create a brush for each face. If you draw a brush and texture it on all six sides, after decompiling it will be six brushes overlapping. Also depending on what texture that have been used on the brush the face might have been removed during compile and therfore there will not be any information about it when you decompile.
But it's a good tool for looking at maps and maybe learning. In my opinon it's not worth the trouble to recreate old maps.
