I can compile no probs but when I come to play the BSP I get this in the console - Aghhhhh

7116480 entities :shock:

I've never seen this error before but I think one of your entities is messed up. Try view -> entity info in Radiant and see if you can find anything weird (for example a lot of { and }s).
