.Map :: MoHAA Mapping

I heard something about a game similar to Total Annihilation called Panzers or something. Where do I find this game or is it out yet? It's a WWII game that looks like a cross between MOHAA and Total Annihilation. Has anyone played Total Annihilation? That was my game before MOHAA. Anyway, any help is appreciated. Thanks!
