This dis/reapering magic trick is bullsh*t

... When I map the only way I can see the Uboat is if I come right in the middle of it. Now that wouldnt be a problem if the people didnt interact with the boat. But the level Im making I guess you will have to wack on the boat and when I add the metal clip and try to add the ladders I get messed up because If I step a little away from the middle of teh boat the whole model dissapears. I dont want people waking on air and hearing the metal sound. I want the players to walk on the boat as if it was something real. So if anyone knows how to stop the disapearing act I will be glad to hear from you.

Does it disappear in game or only in Radiant?

Radiant. It dissapears when the camera goes a little away from the uboat

That happens to me all the time- i dont think it's a problem.

Well it might not be a problem for you. But when you are making a U boat and put the metal clip so people wont fall off the boat. Its kind of hard to see where the boat ends and where it begins. So I dont want players walking on air just because I didnt know where are the boundries. And when I make the clip a little smaller than needed the player will fall through the boat. Which will look very weird. So if anyone has anyidea on how to turn this off(or on) please tell me.

Change "Model Cull Dist" in Preferences.
