ok i am going back and asking some basic questions to find some of my problems
so here goes


when building a house do you make the foundation i.e. the floor and rest the walls on top or is it better to build the outside wals and then the floor and continue

the reason for asking if the outside walls reston tip then you have 8 sides to texture the other way there are 4
ok hope that wasn't too dumb of aquestion

Good question though. Sometimes using a hollow box may make it seem weird, either it's too thin the walls, or there maybe overlapping textures. And you can't edit the edge (i think mtex???).
