in mbuilder on your last compile is it ok? or is it a choice to use -final or do you just leave that unchecked also ....i asked this question about mbuilder before but i think i may have misunderstood JV's answer about the lighting

The final flag is supposed improve the quality of the lighting, as it uses more calculations. However it will take longer to compile your map.

ahhhhhhhhhhh so that goes with going on 14 hours of compile lol maaaaaaan ummmmmmmm as far fps goes....... i am back tracking to look over some things i missed when starting (still a newb though) to learn this
someone told me to check what i had done to use -fast in VIS and LIGHT now i know he did not mean for final compile. will there be a diff in fps between the 2 i mean should the final compile be the same better or more of a complex compile that the fps will be worse? if that is a way to put it

Light compile shouldn't affect performance, regardless of your settings.
Vis compile without any options (without -fast) should give best fps.
