Adding a working Flakk cannon.

OK, I have managed to add a flakk cannon into my map.
How do I amend how much damage it can take?

Also is it possible to arraneg that when the flakk is destoyed it either explodes or indeatd of just disappearing a burn out flakk is left???

You can use an exploder for destroying the flak.

P.S.: If you want the quote in your sig to be accurate and true, capitalize the "H" in "he".

And as for the flak, don't you just press "n" and then script it to do some damage there? :?:

Not sure about the tutorials here or other sites, but quick info:

To edit the damage the flak will do you need to open the pk3 with the flak88.tik file, find the line 'damage xxx' and edit the number.

Next, the damaged/destroyed model. You need to sete up an exploder that is tied to the 'normal' model and when the damage number is met for the normal, the exploder will blow up and then replace the normal with the destroyed model.... this involves setting up a lot of 'entity' keys and values. I don't have the stuff on hand to write it up quick, but if you search the forums and tutorials sections here I am sure you will find lots of helpful info.

if you are useing spearhead there is a script for that called the stationaryweapons.scr . If you aren't useing spearhead maybe some one who is can send you it I am pretty sure you can use it for mohaa too I read it and don't see why not .
