Wot are the standard or most commonly used sizes for doors, floors and steps, cos I want my map to look Medal-Of Honour like.
P.S. I dont wanna perforate this forum with stupid questions.

taken from a variety of posts:
The player is 96 units tall, and stairs can't be higher than 16 or the player has to jump to get up.
As per making it look realistic here are unit to inches conversion:
