options for final compile

Ok, I think I'm ready to do a final compile so I can beta test my map, but I've been searching all over and can't find a tut on the best options to use. What are all your preferences out there???

BTW, how much do framerates improve, if at all, after a final compile?

Dude, from my experience compiling means changing a file format for a reason, in this case to play. U can compile more than once as long as u have stored the .map file. Check the tutorial page, they have got everything there.

Put it on V, V, Final. It will take a long time if you have a lot of lights and haven't made any brushes "detail". But, it will look a lot better when it is done.
