Well, I would have to go with tltrude on this on. Altough there have been many other amazing modders, like jv and scorpio, I believe that he has done the best job at helping people get what they want done and also making his .maps public showing how he does things ( Ex. The recent map where it shows several ways of getting something bombed via planes or v2 rocket ).

Of course, I have nothing against any of the other modders at all but I think tltrude has done a great job.
