The rotating door needs an origin brush at the hinge. You have to make both the door brush and the origin brush into one entity to make it work right. I suspect that you have a loose origin brush with your door and, If that is the case, your map will not compile correctly or update your texture changes. You may want to review some of the rotating door tutorials that are around.

Here's a question .. I know how to do this in WC, but not in Radiant: Reverse texturing on doors? How? I've tried roatating the texture to positive and negative amounts, but that doesn't work.

if you didn't have the origin selected when you made it a func rotateing door It won't work right so if you don't have one make an origin brush then choose the door and your brush and on the selection menu select add to entity

To answer your question Shark Death, to reverse the texture on your door or any texture for that matter, you must first have that brush selected of course. Then click on 'Textures' at the top, then 'Alignment', then on
'X Flip'. That will flip the texture on the brush, for instance, your door swing is not the direction you want it and you want to flip the door around so the hinge is on the other side. Is that what you were looking for?
