Skin Problem....russian weapons

I downloaded this skin but this skin uses the USA Weapons WHERE, WHAT and HOW do I mod it for russian weapons?

Let me also add that I took this skin and Redfined it to a reg. russian soldier....I changed the face...changed the color of the Coat and even changed the voice from American to Russian...the last thing I need to do is change the type of weapons that he uses....

What's it's name?

Rename it to:

allied_russian_xxx.tik
