Finding the source of textures

I'm trying to do the light beam tutorial: Light beam tut ------> http://map.moh-central.net/tutorials/lightbeams.php, but I can't make the textures I need  (I only have 'Paint' for windows and 'Imaging' for windows)

I manged to save one of the textures (beamdust.tga) from the tutorial page into 'Paint' and then renamed it as beamdust.tga (saved as a 24-bit .bmp first and then renamed beamdust.tga actually!).

I can't do this to get the second texture (beamfade.tga) because it is displayed with indication marks (i guess you'd have to look at the tutorial to see what I mean!)

Anyway, I think I have found a similar texture in MOHRadiant SDK that I can use (You can find it like this: Textures ---> Beams, it's called volumetric_fade). I want to copy it and then rename it as beamfade.tga.

The problem is I can't find the location of the textures on my computer, does anyone know what file they are in? (I've tried using search in the start menu, but that didn't find it)

If anyone thinks what I'm trying to do won't work can you tell me what you would do?

Look in your /mohaa/main folder, you should see some *.pk3 files. Open the one named Pak2.pk3 this contains all of the textures. You will need to use either pak-explorer, or some kind of compression software(e.g. winzip or winrar) to open these files.
