Hey guys Small_Sumo here perhaps you'd like to see some pics of the snowy map made by the 3 headed monster.
Also in a gimmiky way at my site you can go to the forum and name the map and win . Yay, well its not an x-box but it will be a spot in the map with a pic of yours and a "map named by ....." writen in it . So if you would like this then come join in the fun at www.smallsumo.com . Hopefully it wont be long now and you guys will be able to give it a test run.
Also, and scorpio doesnt know this yet but I may include an extra level of his with all his additional vehecles, like he does.
Thing is with a big project like this with 3 guys working together is not getting in each others way and for the end product to be truly a part of each of us.

Guys will you consider pleas for help if I get stuck on my Pointe Du Hoc map? you could use the MP map as a basis for a SP map if yer wanted.
My scripting and advance stuff aint hot, onlt been at it 2/3 months.

I tried the Easygen route some months ago and gave it up, so many brushes! and loads of problems they created.
I had to restart the entire map but it was a useful learning experience.
It is mostly LOD terrain created in from an original map of the area that I created a greyscale map of then adjusted as necessary.
I am not sure yet if the map will work as a practical MP map with such large open spaces we'll see. I hope so.
There will be another area behind the cliff with bocage/orchards/roads.
The cliff tops area will have gun casemates, fire control bunker, personel bunker, ammo bunker, trench systems, mine fields.

Well after coelateing the names I've been given I emailed wombat and scorpio and they voted as stated below.

The name of our new snowey map will be "Blitzschnee" as named by nedfumpkin.

A release shouldnt be far of now.
