Want to help "The Rjukan project" expand??

Post by Bjarne BZR »

Hey all you mad mappers!

I've decided to take in some more mappers into "The Rjukan project".
As I've actually had a job lately I dont have the time to do the 3 remaining maps in the 4 map series that was originally planned in "The Rjukan project".

What I need is one or two mappers that has done a decent map before ( so I can be sure that the result is not absolute crap  ).
Please post some map download links ( if any ) if you would like to join...

The planned maps in "The Rjukan project" are:

1) obj/vemork_approach: Set in a snowy mountain pass, heavy snowing and / or fog. At dusk or dawn, very low visibility. Above the tree line, so there are no trees ( maby some bushes).
Allied objective is to reach the extraction point on the other side of the map with at least one soldier. Axis objective is "Non shall pass!".

2) obj/vemork_factory: Set in the heavy water production plant at Vemork in Rjukan.
Allied objectives are to set of a bomb in the distillers and to steal two documents. ( This map is already complete ).

3) obj/vemork_escape: Set in a less snowy valley, maby its raining here. As this is way below the tree line ther will ge more vegetation here, and the snow does not cover all areas.
Allied objective is to reach the harbour on the other side of the map with at least one soldier to get to the ferry. Axis objective is "Non shall pass!".

4) obj/vemork_ferry: Set at the shore of lake Tinn in Rjukan. Night time.
Allied objectives are to plant a bomb in the stem of the ferry "Hydro" and "blow it to tiny bits in thy mercy". Making the ferry leave the shore after a few minutes would be a definite plus.

So... is anyone interested :?:

 Don't be sacrastic.

When i decide to get down to mapping, i really produce stuff though. Most of the time is lack of time or motivation.

But, it's just to be humble. :D

Cause i can't go around shouting:

'I RULE IN MAPPING!!!!I'M THE GOD OF MAPPING!!!!"
that makes u an ego, so i must be humble. :)

But maybe on the other hand, not. I'm pretty busy with school and exams, and decide to concentrate on Trench Rats.

sorry....
