Can somebody give me a good guide, or their way, of making treelines? I cant do the tut at mansteins very well...

treelines? as in those tree textures in m3l2, m3l3? if that's the case, it's a textures used in misc_outside.

Generally make the treeline higher the further back it goes. Say bushes at the front, some static trees behind them then further back put in your treeline, give a sense of depth to it all.

yes, but in m3l2, the foreground was treelines and some were static. hard to tell right?

yeah but, for some reason, trees REALLy lag my game, so i really dont want to put trees in. i was totally suffering on those snow maps, too many trees for me.
