That's right, that team has a couple of pretty cool mods which you can view at their site, here. Just plant the .pk3 into your mainta folder. They've included 3 new weapons, reskinned the weapons, changed sound, made some player skins, realism mod and more! it's 30 mb so I assumed it was the demo, I installed it (well actually it's a pk3 file)

p.s To view the new weapons, in the console type:
"give weapons/nambupistol.tik" for a nambu pistol
"give weapons/type97grenade.tik" for a new grenade
"give weapons/type99arisaka.tik" for a new rifle
