Loading screens

I can't get my loading screen to work. Every time I get a white screen

. Do you guys know what I am doing wrong?

Use a .jpg 512 x 512 and use this shader:

nomipmaps
nopicmip
cull none
force32bit
surfaceparm nolightmap
{
clampMap textures/mohmenu/levelbriefing/mymapload.jpg
}
}

Yes thats for .tga files.....if you dont setup the alpha channels right you get white screen.
The .jpg shader is a tenth of the work

ok.
Now I got this shader:

The paths to the image are correct and I still get the wite screen. Its a jpg btw.[/code]

Did you edit your .urc file to point to this new shader?

thank you if got it. The first line in the shader wasn't correct. It works now!
