How Do You Reinstall Radiant? (SDK)

ok ive got sick of this, had enough! my camera always moves in one direction and my project settings always pop up no matter what so im just going to reintsall it... but the problem is how do i? do i just delete the old SDK folder and run the .exe again or something? I did that, but the Radiant is still messed up...

did you go to start>settings>controlpanel>addremove programs?
