hey,

i have these bars that cross the road, they are like the ones that go down infront of you when there is a train on the railroad to block the road. they open up and down, some tollbooths have them too.. do you know what i mean?

i want to make them so they open up and down and not like a door. like a door opens sideways, i want these to go up wait a little then come back down. i figure it will rotate around an origin, and... well,... thats about as far as i got in figuring...

does anyone know how to do this?
