there're basically 2 types of n00b which i think are:
1)good and willing to learn, hardworking, positive attitude
2)rude and ungrateful, very impatient
which type do YOU like or wanna be?

lol...
sorry to hear that!
Was this in the field of mapping or gaming?
I think I'll try to stick to:
1)good and willing to learn, hardworking, positive attitude

just ignore him. he will do crap with whatever you taught him (mapping you mean? or something else?) because even if he makes something amazing, people won't respect as much as somone like one of the staff at .map, because he will refuse to help n00bs and will probably have an arrogant attidude.
Anyway, he is a err.... (cmon m4rine, think of an alternative to offensive, rude language!) stupid person (bad insult, but it will do).
If you really want ot get at him, post about what he did on loads of forums, include his username and MSN and stuff, so no one will want to help him if he gets stuck in the future.
Don't let this stop you from helping other n00bs though; most I know will greatly appreciate any help, and acknowledge in the future who helped them.
Carry on being helpufl!

lol
it was mapping
but i love teaching ppl, but all i want is to help ppl, and just a word of "thx" to show their gratitude is all i need, cause some of the ppl in my msn list, thank me for what i do for them. i feel gd helping ppl this way, but not when they bite the hand that fed them, being ungrateful.

I know what you mean Rox - nothing is more infuriating as getting an email from someone demanding that I tell them how to map or do something for them like I had no right to argue or say no. Thankfully pretty much everyone here isn't like that...
A lot of people forget or don't realise that the guys who run sites like this work on them for free. They put a lot of hard work into it and all they want as their reward is the odd "thank you"......

Number 1) good and willing to learn... I must say though, the tutorials this site provides and others are so helpfull... and people that are eager to help people like myself should give them selves a pat on the back, they truly are instruments of God.
Not sure if I went to far in that lol.... but they honestly do deserve many thanks..
