8) cool smilie removed

I removed the '8)' way to make this smilie 
because it was too often used 'by accident' like in scripts.
For example (16 32 8) would result in (16 32
You can still use the smilie by typing 8-) or :cool:.
If you find any loose '8)'s in posts you know why
