door sounds

i have made a bunker door like on m6l3a but it has the normal sound like a wooden door ,
this is what i have in my script now
$bunkerdoor1 open $player
$bunkerdoor1 playsound door_vault_roll_open
and
$bunkerdoor1 close
$bunkerdoor1 playsound door_vault_roll_close
and the sound doesnt work
plz help

that's ok for sp maps but it wont work for mp.
you'll have to put this in:
$bunkerdoor1 waittill trigger
local.player = parm.other
$bunkerdoor1 open local.player
$bunkerdoor1 playsound door_vault_roll_open

Aditionally to Scorpios answer you have to modify the ubersound.scr to make some sounds playable in MP. See TMT board for a sound tutorial.

You don't need to script or mod something to make a bunker door sound when you open it. There is an option for func_rotatingdoor where you can change the default wooden sound.
Hit the N key and add
KEY: sound_open
VALUE: door_metal_open
The default sound is global door_wood_open, I'm not sure if what I wrote above is the exact thing to write (I'm at work now). But I changed sound on all my metal doors just by changing the setting in the func_ thing. I'll look later when I get home.
Scripting and modding for sound is only needed if you want to add some other sound to the door, that's not one of the existing original doors sounds.
I know that there are sounds for wooden, metal and iron gates. Maybe there are more sounds, not sure.

You can also put Key "doortype" value "metal", but I think he wants the rolling sound and for that he needs to modify the ubersound.scr file.
