How remove the life bar, the compass and the timer ?

If you want to do this client side, just type 'ui_hud 0' in console

Yes.
For singleplayer:
setcvar ui_hud 0
For multiplayer:
for(local.i = 1; local.i <= $player.size; local.i++)
$player[local.i] stufftext "set ui_hud 0"
You may want to put this in a loop so the player(s) can't reactivate the(ir) hud(s).

haha thats funny their trying to reactivate it. so it doesnt need a 'restart' or anything to work?

Just type 'letterbox 1' in the script (when the cinematic starts) and enjoy.

do you have to do it by gluing the player to something and making him the camera? i thought there were func_cameras but i guess i was thinking of hl.

Yes there is a func_camera in mohaa. I think tltrude has some example maps with cameras.
