Spearhead problem

Spearhead problem
Whenever I try and join a server in spearhead it loads less then half way through then crashes, the last thing it says on the console is something about ubersounds and it couldn't fetch the tiki for the ubersounds or something like that. Has anyone here ever encountered this problem? If so please help.
I'm new to mapping!
