Hi, I've got to bits of road next to each other but they not quite butting up correctly. Is there any way to merge the two vertices into one?

You can't merge patches, but when you make them, if you select the two together and then adjust vertices, the rows of vertices at the joint between the 2 patches act as one. This will keep them in line while you adjust them.

I forgot to mention not to click directly on the vertices when selecting them. Draw that nice little blue box around the vertices that you want to move once you are in the edit vertices mode.

Thanks, it seems that after fiddling about with the vertices and doing the CTRL+G thing you can get them to line up OK, so no merging is necessary.
