I thought this was normal. I see the same thing. And I think it was the same deal when I used to work with the Radiant Editor designed for
SOF.
Perhaps jv_map or Surgeon may have something to say about this.
what can cause that is if you run mohradiant, then load project, it as if you are reloading it,(you get two of most things, best way out of this is to load the project and program at same time to do this, right click on the shortcut for mohradiant, click properties, in the target box you see "C:\Program Files\MOHAATools\mohradiant.exe" at the end of add in
yourprojectname.qe4
eg.
"C:\Program Files\MOHAATools\mohradiant.exe" yourprojectname.qe4

Most likely you have both the entdef.pk3 that came with the original mohradiant for AA and then installed the SDK which till add a second one somewhere.
