ok i have 2 ladders that bleed out calk to the player. when looking at the ladder in the game it appears that the inside surface of the ladder has lost its texture. and you get calk spikes from the surface to your weapon and time counter. nothing i try seams to fix the problem

ok - Have u textured the ladder properly - ie 1 face should have the ladder texture on it - the other 5 faces should have the nodraw texture on them (in the common texture folder)

Make sure the ladder brush (pink brush) does not touch the worldspawn brushes of the fake ladder.

does it look like lines coming out of the ladder? if so your rungs are too close to each other. try moving them farther apart
