glue( Entity parent, [ Integer glueAngles ] )
glue this entity to the specified entity.
bind( Entity parent )
bind this entity to the specified entity.
You can set glueAngles with glue.

Uh well basically glue attaches an entity to the origin of an other entity.
Bind makes the entity follow an other entity (when it moves) at the initial offset from it's origin.

btw if you could, people wouldnt screw around with script_model vehicles. they would just use the vehicle itself, and bind the gluespot to it.

they are script functions that stick entities to other entities. for example, you could put a box of grenades on that opel truck in your map, supply warehouse. if you made the truck move, the boxes would move with it.

Well if the object is moving (i.e. rotating or doing any move command) any entities bound to it will move with it

As we are talking binding and glueing we should probably talk attaching as well!
Does attaching only work for a human?
Let me give you an example of something I thought about doing and then someone can let me know if it's possible. I wanted to create a plane and "attach" two machine guns to it (probably mg42s). By doing this I could have a plane flying around a map firing bullets at players.
What would be the best way to do this? any thoughts?

Yes you can attach any entity to any other entity at any tag, except you can't attach players to anything

You can attach players to slots. I attach players to vehicle slots rather than the whole "script_origin/glue" thing.
